About Us
Details of Education programme (s) Project Muskaan – is a project towards strengthening government schools. It covers 1464 elementary schools spread across 61 blocks of six districts of the largest state in the Indian Union in terms of population. This has been towards Creating community demand for Child Friendly Schools in the said area. The project has been conceived through the idea of strengthening the demand of such schools with the capacity building of the community and teachers so that the accountability of the State increases and is directly incident to quality of education in government schools. The idea of this project is in line with the implementation of RTE Act 2009 while integrating the principles of CFSS in order to improve the quality of education in way that the infrastructure, learning environment and learning processes aim towards children’s well-being, holistic development and inclusive learning
